Can the hotel look after my luggage?

Yes we can. However, after the check-out, the hotel will look after your luggage on the day of your check-out, during business hours only.

May I send a package to the hotel prior to my arrival?

Yes we can. However we ask that you include the following information on the address label of the package.
1.Your name(the name at your reservation)
2.Your reservation number
3.Your check-in date
Please send a package to our hotel's front desk, and specify a delivery day and time at your arrival date.
However, our hotel will not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.) shipments. We are not able to accept valuables or refrigerated or frozen goods.

I would like to have products that I have purchased online( on Amazon, etc.), delivered to the hotel. Is it possible for the hotel to receive them and keep them until my arrival?

Yes we can.However, the hotel will look after your luggage as long as you are checking in again within a few days.
Please be advised that we cannot look after valuables, or refrigerated goods and frozen goods.
