We can accept your preferences, but we may not be able to meet your requests in all cases.

Is it possible to stay the same room for the whole duration?

All Eslead hotels have a washing machine in the room. And all rooms have a Bathroom Dryer.

Is it possible for 4 guests to stay in a Triple room?

A.

Triple rooms are for up to three guests only. For all room types, it is not possible to accommodate more than the specified number of guests. Children under the age of seven can stay for free if they use the same bed as the parents.

Is it possible to enter the room if I arrive early?

We are sorry. We have to prepare the room.
If you arrive before the check-in time (before 15:00), it is possible to leave your luggage at the lobby. However, you can only enter your room after the check-in time (15:00).

Is it possible to extend the check out time?

Yes, if there are rooms available. Additional fees apply. Please consult the lobby staff after check-in.
