Q.I want to have something I purchased online (e.g., Amazon) shipped to the hotel.
A. If you are staying us, you can have packages delivered directly by the delivery company.
Deliveries to the front desk are accepted between 15:00 and 20:00.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept deliveries outside of these hours.

Please provide the following information on the package slip when arranging delivery:
1. Your name (the name of the person who made the reservation)
2. Reservation number
3. Check-in date
Note: Please note that we cannot accept items that require refrigeration or freezing or cash-on-delivery items. You can have packages delivered from the day before check-in, but we cannot hand over packages outside of the 15:00 to 20:00 time frame.
Q.After checking out, I plan to check in again at the same hotel in a few days. Can you store my luggage during that time?
A. If you are checking back in within a few days, we can store your luggage. However, if there is a significant gap between stays, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to a lack of space.
Please note that we cannot accept valuables or items that require refrigeration or freezing.
Q.Can I have my luggage stored before check-in or after check-out?
A. Each hotel has a self-service cloak room with chain locks available in the lobby.
Space is limited, so if there's no room, please use coin lockers in the surrounding neighborhood. Valuables, perishables, or items that require refrigeration or freezing cannot be accepted.
Q.I want to send a package or mail to the hotel in advance in preparation for my arrival.

Please be sure to include your check-in date and time when sending your luggage before your stay.
Please write "Eslead Hotel Namba South III Front Desk" as the address.
If you are staying in Japan, you can receive the package directly from the delivery company.
When receiving your luggage during your stay, please include your room number in the address.
