Q.Is parking available?
A. - Eslead Hotel Namba South III: 2 ground-level parking spaces (first-come, first-served), 1,400 yen/day (tax included)
- Eslead Hotel Osaka Tsuruhashi: No parking available
- Eslead Hotel Namba Daikokucho: 2 ground-level spaces (available only for plans with parking included)

Q.Can I request a room on a high floor?
A. We can try to accommodate your request if you contact us in advance. However, depending on room availability and type, it may not be possible.
Q.We booked multiple rooms; can we have rooms on the same floor?

Q.I booked consecutive nights in the same room type with different plans. Can I continue to stay in the same room?
A. Please inform us of your reservation details in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but depending on the number of reservations, it may not be possible.
Q.Do the hotels have coin laundries?
A. All rooms at Eslead Hotel are equipped with a fully automatic washing machine. Also, all bathrooms have clothes-drying functionality.
Q.Can four people stay in a triple room?
A. The maximum capacity of a triple room is three people. Please note that we cannot accommodate more than the specified capacity for all room types.
However, children younger than school age (below elementary school) can sleep with an adult for free.
Q.Can I enter my room if I arrive earlier than the check-in time?
A. Unfortunately, this is not possible because we need to prepare the rooms.
If you arrive before check-in time (before 15:00), you can store your luggage in the self-service cloakroom. However, you can only enter your room after 15:00.
Q.Can I extend my check-out time?
A. We may have to decline your request because we have to prepare for the next check-in, but please contact us by phone or email if you would like to do this. There is an additional fee for extending the check-out time (2,000 yen per hour). Please pay the fee at the front desk or online by check-out time. Please note that there may be an additional charge if you extend your check-out time without notice.
Q.How do I check in after 22:00?
A. The hotel entrance is locked automatically. Please enter the entrance password provided in the email sent the day before check-in. We have a tablet-based self-check-in system, so check-ins after 22:00 are possible. If you have any questions about the procedure, please contact us by phone or email, and our staff will promptly assist you.
Q.Are bathroom amenities (towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, etc.) available?
A. Various amenities are provided. Please check each hotel's facilities and services for details. All Eslead Hotel rooms have separate bathrooms and toilets, allowing you to relax and unwind from your travels.
Q.Can I borrow cooking utensils and tableware?
A. All rooms at Eslead Hotel are equipped with a two-burner IH stove and a microwave. Additionally, all rooms contain cooking utensils such as frying pans and pots and tableware like plates, mugs, and cutlery.
Q.Can I request an extra bed?
A. We apologize, but Eslead Hotel does not provide extra beds.
Q.Can I request a crib?
A. Yes. But we only have limited numbers, and an extra fee is required. Please reserve cribs in advance by phone or email.
Q.Is Wi-Fi available?
A. Free Wi-Fi is available in the first-floor lobbies and guest rooms at all Eslead Hotels.
Q.Can you assist with reserving tickets for attractions (movies, nearby theme parks, museums, etc.) in advance?
A. Unfortunately, this is not a service we provide.
Q.Can you assist with advance reservations for nearby restaurants?
A. We apologize, but we do not accept advance reservations for restaurants.
Please consult the front desk staff after check-in for restaurant reservations.
Q.Are rooms cleaned during stays of more than one night?
A. Cleaning is provided once every three nights, except for plans without cleaning or reservations made through Airbnb. From an SDGs perspective, we also accept guest requests for "no cleaning" or "clean towels only" to reduce resource use.
Q.Is there a massage service?
A. Unfortunately, we do not provide massage services.
