In general, deposits or advance payments are not required.
However, for group reservations of 10 or more rooms with check-in dates far in the future, we may ask for a deposit or advance payment.

Q.When is payment due?
A.
Payment can be made at the time of booking, after booking, and before check-in on the "My Page" section of the reservation website or at check-in. Payment at check-in can be made in cash (Japanese yen only) [only available at Eslead Hotel Namba South III], credit card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), or using QR code payment methods.
