A. We apologize, but we cannot change or cancel reservations not made through our website.

A. Once you complete your online reservation on our website, an email will be sent to the address you registered to confirm your reservation. It contains detailed information about your reservation. Your reservation is completed when you receive this notification.

A. Unfortunately, this is not possible through the website. Please consult the front desk at your hotel.
Q.Do you have smoking rooms?
A. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes such as IQOS, is forbidden throughout our hotels. We will charge you a 30,000 yen room cleaning fee if you smoke in your room.
Please note that there are designated smoking areas and ashtrays within the hotel premises.
Q.Can I request rooms on the same floor or next to each other for friends or family?
A. This is not possible through our website.
You can request this by contacting the front desk staff at the hotel in advance or by mentioning it in the comments section during booking. However, depending on room availability, we may be unable to accommodate your request.
Q.I am planning to stay in Osaka for sightseeing. Which Eslead Hotel would you recommend for my needs?
A. Osaka has many tourist attractions. Please plan in advance and choose the Eslead hotel closest to your desired destinations.
All of our hotels are located in the center of Osaka City near train stations, and major tourist attractions such as USJ and Osaka Castle can be reached within 30 minutes by train.
